Payal Singhal's collection was inspired by Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's. Beautiful fairies walking down the ramp in gorgeous suits, kurtis, lenghas, and dresses. The colour palette was blush pink, mint green, greys, blues, tumeric, indigo and emerald. I love the encrusted crystal bodices and sleeves. Stunning!
The hair and makeup was kept fairly simple with a bit of drama by adding a bit of "fairy dust" to one side of the face and instead of jasmine tiaras, the fairies wore a jasmine naath. Loved the variation to add a bit of Indian flair.
