Our Spotlight Vendor Pure Elegance showcased a fantastic collection during New York Couture Fashion Week. The collection presented was soft and elegant with a vintage touch. Exquisite fabrics were transformed into flowing lenghas and dresses in vibrant colors with such intricate embellishments and antique Zardosi embroidery. Parna Ghose, Chief Designer and Founder, explained that her collection consisted of some of her favorite unique and handcrafted pieces. Her inspiration behind the designs was the elegance in traditional Indian arts as it is timeless and eternal. She said, “My clothes reflect just that – a distinct marriage of centuries old tradition and craftsmanship to today’s need for practical; packaged in a riot of colors and textures to fit any occasion or mood.”
